Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Global Medco is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. The product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive. Design revisions and color variations may exist.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, address, phone number, invoice number, serial number (if applicable) and the nature of the problem. All defective products will be accepted by Global Medco for credit, exchange or repair, at Global Medco's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by Global Medco are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Global Medco reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, etc., may not be returned due to hygiene issues. Due to manufacturers' return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to Global Medco for repairs only - no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.
